Coverage for resident stays will vary by individual insurance policies. Our staff will work with you and your provider in order to verify insurance coverage. Please note that pre-authorizations are not a guarantee of payment and only your insurance carrier is able to make such determinations.
Yes. We are conveniently located near three major highways off of I-270, by I-44 and I-55.
Yes. We are one of the few facilities that has beds available dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept Medicaid Pending admissions.
We offer private, semi-private and 3 bedroom suites.
Yes. Temporary care, also called Respite Care is available as needed.
Yes. We have van transportation available for physicians visits, dialysis, etc.
Yes. Our Social Services staff will assist you in gathering all the required items needed to get the Medicaid application process started.
The facility makes furniture available and we request that any personal furniture be approved by our Maintenance Director and/or Administrator. We request this due to safety issues for staff and our residents. We encourage residents to bring personal belongings but to be mindful that there is not an unlimited amount of space. Please contact us to discuss which personal items you would like to bring.
Yes. We have a standard menu for all meals and offer an alternate meal that can be requested. If neither meal is appealing special requests can be made.
Yes. Our full-time activity staff offers activities, outings, entertainment and more. We have DirecTV cable available in every room. Family pets are welcome for visits if leashed and with proof of vaccinations.
